Slow and steady wins the race


The age old adage “slow and steady wins the race” is especially true when we are talking about the game of life.


We all live life too fast, everything is 100 miles an hour including our training sessions and nutrition. This leads to little to no improvements towards goal, injury, and illness. Put simply we are doing a lot of extremely hard work for little to know gain.


How do we fix this? We slow down! Plan your training sessions around improvement toward a specific goal. Take time to plan and prep your nutrition. Most of all enjoy the process and live a healthy energy filled life.
