Know Your Why


The most important step in change is to know your why. Sometimes this isn't easy to figure out. When finding your why you need to dig deep into your soul, it's never the obvious surface reason. You often need to ask yourself why change is important to you, you come up with a simple answer but this is not the real "why". So ask yourself why you feel that way and you dig into a little deep "why". Now we are getting a little closer, repeat this three more times. After five times of asking "why" we might of gotten to your real "why". Now write this down, keep it on you, and when things get tough pull it out and use it as motivation and push forward!
